01 — The challenge

Facilitator-led training games work in the room. Taking them online usually loses what makes them work: the conversation, the facilitator's judgment and the shared table.

02 — What we built
  • A turn-based multiplayer engine where the server, not the browser, applies the rules and rolls the dice.
  • A private facilitator panel with reference answers, and a public screen for projectors and video calls.
  • Invitations by link, with reconnection and recovery when someone drops.
  • Licenses, tables per license, buyer accounts and an admin console.

04 — What changed

The facilitated game now reaches teams wherever they are, without losing the facilitator.
